Return eligibility

Items may be returned when they are delivered damaged, incorrect, materially different from the listing, or defective within the applicable return window.

Non-returnable items

Used items, perishable goods, intimate products, customized orders, and goods damaged by misuse are generally not eligible unless required by law or seller policy.

Return request process

Submit the request from your account or contact Tenqai support with your order code, photos, and a short explanation. Returned items must be in the same condition received unless the issue is defect or transit damage.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed after seller or support verification. Payment reversal timing depends on the payment channel used at checkout.

Seller obligations

Sellers must respond to approved return cases promptly and cooperate with Tenqai on damaged, incorrect, or defective deliveries.
